When you write, the two things that help most are what you were doing and the version number, which is at the bottom of Settings (it looks like Bridge 1.0 (29)).

The answers to most questions

Where did my recording go?

Everything you capture lands in Ideas, on the home screen. A voice idea names itself from what you sang, when it can make the words out; otherwise it’s “Vocal 1”, “Vocal 2”. Either way, hold the row and choose Rename, or swipe it.

I deleted something by accident.

Nothing you delete leaves for 30 days. Open Settings and tap Recently Deleted, then swipe a row and choose Restore.

Do I need an account?

No. Bridge has no accounts and no sign-in. Your work lives on your iPhone and, if you’re signed into iCloud, syncs privately through your own iCloud account.

Will my songs appear on my other iPhone?

Yes, if both devices are signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on. Sync can take a minute, and it needs a network on both ends.

What happens if I stop subscribing?

Nothing you made locks. Every song, take, video and lyric stays readable, playable and exportable — subscribed, lapsed, or never subscribed. Bridge Pro unlocks the craft tools and unlimited songs; it never holds your work hostage.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Bridge: Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions on your iPhone, or Settings ▸ Bridge Pro ▸ Manage Subscription inside the app.

I paid but Bridge says I haven’t.

Settings ▸ Restore Purchases. That asks Apple directly. If it still doesn’t appear, write to me with the Apple ID email you purchased with.

Does Bridge use AI to write for me?

No — and it can’t. Bridge has no connection to any generation model, so it cannot write a lyric, a melody, or a chord progression. The tools work on what you wrote. Every word in Bridge is yours.

Can I get my songs out?

Yes. Any song exports as a plain, readable song sheet, and any take shares as an audio file. This is deliberate: a notebook you can be locked out of isn’t a notebook.

Reporting a bug

Include the version from the bottom of Settings, what you were doing, and what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help. If it involves a recording, please say roughly how long it was and whether you were using headphones.

Requesting a feature

Write to the same address. Bridge is made by one person and the list is real — what testers ask for repeatedly is what gets built next.
